This policy covers information collected through the PSX Investors website, contact forms, review requests, and direct messages to our team. It does not replace the privacy notice of the regulated brokerage partner or any trading platform you use after account opening.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, investment goals, and the message you send. We only ask for information needed to respond or arrange the next step.
Our hosting, security, email-delivery, performance, and analytics providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, page activity, and error logs. Vercel Web Analytics is configured for aggregated, anonymised measurement and does not use cookies. Vercel Speed Insights processes performance measurements such as Core Web Vitals. The market ticker may store a short-lived quote cache in your browser's local storage; this is not a cookie and is used only to avoid unnecessary refetching.

Sharing and brokerage handoff

If hCaptcha is enabled on the contact form, Intuition Machines, Inc. may process information about the device, browser, IP address, and interaction with the challenge to detect automated abuse. We may also share information with Munir Khanani Securities when you ask us to help open or service a brokerage account, or when a handoff is needed to answer an account-related question.
We may disclose information when required by law, a regulator, court order, or to protect the rights and security of our clients, team, and systems.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain a reliable record of a request, or to meet legal and regulatory requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Cookies, storage, analytics, and third-party links
PSX Investors does not currently use advertising cookies, profiling cookies, or non-essential marketing trackers. The site uses essential browser storage for the market ticker and may load hCaptcha security technology on the contact form when configured. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and provides aggregated analytics; Speed Insights measures website performance. You can control storage and third-party content through your browser settings, although blocking essential technology may affect parts of the site. Links to Munir Khanani, PSX, SECP, hCaptcha, or other third parties are governed by their own policies.
